1. The scope of work will be defined in personal agreements.

2. Customer Responsibility: Customer agrees to provide accurate information, approval and timely reactions to enable service distribution. Any delay can affect performance.

3. Payment: All fees are payable according to the conditions of the challan. Late payment can attract interest or suspension of services.

4. Intellectual property: All strategies, design and materials created by Adsverv remain the company’s property until clearly transferred to written form.

5. Liability of liability: Adsverv will not be liable for indirect, casual, or resulting loss arising from the use of services.

6. Governing law: These conditions are ruled by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar, Odisha courts.
