Refund And Cancellation Policy

1. Service Agreement: All services are started on the basis of mutual agreement and confirmed payment. The cancellation requests should be presented in writing.

2. Refund And Cancellation Policy: Once paid fees for services are generally non-worthy qualified, as resources and planning are allocated immediately on confirmation.

3. Exception: Partial refund can only be considered when Adsverv is unable to start services according to the agreed scope.

4. Client cancellation: If a project is canceled by the client, the payments made are non-worthy. The outstanding amount should still be cleaned.

5. Cancel by Adsverv: If Adsverv cancels services due to unavoidable conditions, a proper corresponding corresponding can be issued proportional to unused services.

6. Governing Law: This policy is ruled by Indian law and under the jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar, Odisha courts.
